From humble beginnings..

Let Us Do The Cooking began in a converted garage with one woman’s desire to serve others through food. Founded by Meredith Viguers in 2006, the company has grown into Central Texas’s go-to catering service for military, corporate, and community events. Backed by award-winning menus and an unwavering commitment to hospitality, Meredith and her team continue to deliver meals that feel like home — no matter the size of the guest list.

Our Specialty

is delivering seamless, full-service catering for events where every detail matters. From formal military galas and corporate functions to weddings and school celebrations, we serve groups of all sizes with professionalism, precision, and meals that feel like home.
