Meredith Viguers founded Let Us Do The Cooking in 2006 with one mission: to serve others through food. What started in a converted garage — preparing meals for families at church who were sick or celebrating new babies — has grown into one of Central Texas’s most respected catering companies.
With a background in banking and insurance and the resilience of a military spouse, Meredith knows what it means to work hard, adapt quickly, and lead with excellence. She took her natural gift for hospitality and combined it with grit, vision, and a whole lot of homecooked flavor to build a business known for both professionalism and heart.
Under her leadership, Let Us Do The Cooking has received multiple awards for service and quality, and has proudly catered thousands of events across the region — from intimate dinners to large-scale galas, military balls, weddings, and corporate functions. Meredith is hands-on, values-driven, and fiercely committed to her team and her clients.
